T-Pulse works by keeping you at your chosen heart rate zone by readjusting the level of intesity to the workout. By creating an easy and simple adjustment it allows for an efficient  method  in optimizing and monitoring your personal workout.
• T-Scale: Each program can be can be calibrated to your own preferred setting without interrupting your program. This allows you with an almost unlimited amount of variations without interuption to your workout.
