I purchased the Spirit�XE150�elliptical to loose weight after having a baby. I absolutely LOVE it & would recommend it to anyone. I shopped around, and this one is sturdy, durable and quiet. It has a built in fan, and a ledge to hold a book or magazine. It has a long stride which was important to me. It\'s just like the nice ones at the gym!..

We bought the Spirit XE 150�about three months ago (9/07) an it has been working very well. The machine is smooth and gives a good workout. The display is good and the set up was OK, even though the money charged to set the thing up would have been worth it. The increments between setttings are very smooth and all in all we made a good purchase. The machine itself is pretty darn quiet, we only have to increase the volume slightly during a work out. This puppy is pretty large, so measure your floor space to make sure that it fits!..
