iFit^® Technology Compatible - Product Note

This unit DOES NOT include the iFit module. You have to order it additionally as an accessory , which is currently, another $95-$125 to buy - the service/website is then free for the first year and then approx $80/year after that.. There are some wonderful settings to work with, but you can configure it to update onto Facebook and it tracks all of your workouts. You can have a Max of two different users on a module, so you and your spouse can be tracked separately. You can track your calorie intake and burn, with commonly eaten food calorie counts available right on the website and the option to input calories on a freeform basis. There are spots to keep track of your measurements as you set your goals and all these items can be very motivating in your search for health through a good exercise program,

15 Workout Apps - Product Note

Some users might find the built-in programs to be somewhat limited and they can't be reprogrammed. For example, if you select to utilize the 5K and can't run it at the speeds and times that are pre-programmed, you will not be able to make changes to that pre-programmed workout.  You have to make changes on the fly.  Most people use the standard manual programs so this wont impact the majority users.  It is very common with treadmills in this price range.
