The 5500t Treadmill from Keys comes with 3 preset programs to accommodate your fitness needs. A Warm Up Program gradually steps up the speed and incline of the treadmill to ease you into physical activity, a Cardio Program varies the pace of your workout while maintaining a constant elevation, and a Fat Burn Program varies the level of incline while keeping yout workout at a constant pace. 

One-Touch speed and incline keys allow you to access pre-set levels of speed and incline with the touch of a button. A body fat monitoring system is also built into the console of the 5500t to monitor your progress. Gas-assisted two-stage soft drop system folds the treadmill slowly and safely. A safety latch keeps the treadmill securely closed and transport wheels make moving and storage easier.
