The Ironman 420E Elliptical Trainer is ready to bring your fitness level up whenever you are ready. Smooth upper and lower body workouts, separately or together, offer 16 levels of magnetic, friction-free resistance for a low-impact workout. EKG pulse grips on the handle bars allow workouts to be adjusted by heart rate. 7 pre-set programs, 3 heart rate programs with pulse recovery and 1 user program are built in to the computer console. An oversized LCD window with blue backlight displays all the workout metrics.
