Program profiles on the 65t Health Trainer are a Warm Up Program designed to gradually increase the speed and incline of the treadmill, a Cardio Program to vary the pace of a workout while maintaining a constant elevation, and a Fat Burn Program to vary incline while maintaining a steady belt pace. This quality home treadmill includes novel features such as a shock-assisted folding design, transport wheels, and side handlebar mounted EKG grip pulse sensors.
